These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") stipulate the conditions for the Tomodachi Card (hereinafter referred to as "the Card") issued by Japanese International Academy of Guam. The donor who receives the Card (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have agreed to use the Card in accordance with these Terms.

1. Issuance and purpose of this card

• 1.1 This card will be issued as a thank you gift for donations to Japanese International Academy of Guam.
• 1.2 By presenting this card, users can receive preferential treatment (discounts, special offers, etc.) at participating companies.

2. Terms of Use

• 2.1 By presenting this card at participating stores, you can receive special benefits when using facilities or receiving services from participating companies.
• 2.2 The benefits may vary depending on the sponsor. Details will follow the regulations of each sponsor.
• 2.3 Use of this card is limited to the user himself/herself. It cannot be transferred or lent to others.

3. Date of expiry

• 3.1 The validity period of this card is from January 15, 2025 to July 15, 2025. After the expiration date, the card will become invalid and cannot be used.

4. Disclaimer

• 4.1 Japanese International Academy of Guam assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the quality or content of the services provided by supporting companies in relation to the use of this card.
• 4.2 If the card becomes unusable due to loss, theft, damage, etc., it will not be reissued.
