ご利用案内Information

1. お申込み希望の方は、事務局にてお手続きをお願いいたします。
2. 当日の利用も可能です。開始時間までに事務局671-734-8024にお電話ください。
3. 通常の下校時間を15分過ぎてもお迎えにいらっしゃらない場合、ご連絡が有る無しに関わらず、お子様をアフタースクールプログラムでお預かりいたします。ご利用料金が発生いたしますので、お迎えのお時間をお守りください。
4. アフタースクールプログラムのお迎えは17:30までにお願いします。
   やむを得ない事情で 17:30 までにお迎えにお越しいただけない場合は、延長料金＄15が発生いたします。必ず下記までご連絡をお願いいたします。

   その際も、必ず 18:00 まで にお迎えいただけますようお願いいたします。
5. 午後6時を過ぎてもお迎えにお越しいただけなく、更に保護者または許可されたお迎えの方に電話連絡が取れない場合は、生徒の安全と懸念のためにグアム警察に連絡をいたします。
6. おやつに関する別紙のご案内をご一読ください。
7. 費用は、毎月25日〆とし、翌月に集金させていただきます。

1. If you would like to use this service, please complete the necessary forms at the office.
2. You can also use the After School Program on the day of application. Please call the office at 671-734-8024 before the start time.
3. If you do not pick up your child from school 15 minutes after normal dismissal time, we will keep your child at the After School Program with or without prior notice. Please be punctual in picking up your child, as a fee will be charged.
4. Please pick up your child from the After School Program by 5:30 PM.
   If you are unable to arrive by 5:30 PM due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us at 671-687-6197 (Ms. Tokito). There will be an additional $15 fee for late pick up and must pick up your child by 18:00. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the use of the After School Program if you do not follow the rules.
5. In the event a student is not picked up by 6:00 PM and after all attempts to contact the student’s parent or authorized pick-up person, the teacher/staff will be compelled to contact the Guam Police Department for the safety and concern of the student.
6. Please read the attached information regarding snacks.
7. Fees will be totaled on the 25th of each month and collected in the following month.
