注文方法How to Order
毎週登校日の火曜日と木曜日の
お弁当をご注文いただけます。
ご希望の方は、その週の月曜日の
朝8時30分までに、こちらの
Google Forms よりご注文下さい。
複数の週をまとめて注文は
受け付けておりません。
Please order through this Google Form by 8:30am on Monday morning of that week.
We do not accept orders for multiple weeks at once.
複数のお子様の注文をされる場合は、
お一人様ずつご注文下さい。
尚、月曜日の8時30分以降の注文は
お受けできませんのでご注意ください。
オーダー完了後、Google Forms より、
入力のメールアドレスに
注文完了の自動返信が届きます。
If you are ordering for more than one child, please order for each child individually.
Please note that we cannot accept orders after 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
After your order is completed, you will receive an auto-reply
from Google Forms to the email address you entered.

● 欠席、早退等の理由も含め、月曜日の8時30分以降に注文をキャンセルを希望する場合にも請求が発生しますので、ご承知いただいてからご注文いただきますようお願いします。 Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your order after 8:30am on Monday, including for reasons such as absence or early dismissal, you will still be billed for
● お子様のアレルギーに対してメニュー変更は対応しておりませんのであらかじめご了承お願い致します。 Please note that we do not offer menu changes for children's allergies.
お支払いについてPayment
月末に集計をして翌月に請求をいたします。 We will tally your payment at the end of the month and bill you the following month.
